All the live orders come with a guarantee of alive arrival and we ship our colonies only Monday through Thursday using reliable, trackable postal services, making sure that packages arrive right away and do not spend weekends in a sorting center. If a particular colony does not thrive in our facilities and show poor health indicators, it is immediately marked as out of stock on our website since we do not ship the colonies that we are not proud to get ourselves.
